VRLA battery operating instructions

Our products comply with IEC 60896, YD/ T799 standards. The panel grid is made of special alloy, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the plate and reduces the evolution of hydrogen. The advanced AGM partition or imported phenolic resin partition (PVC partition) technology realizes the complete combination of hydrogen and oxygen, so that the battery can be maintenance-free during use and extend the service life of the battery. Batteries are widely used in communication, UPS, data center, energy storage, security, medical, electronic equipment, power and other aspects.

Note:

1. Check the battery appearance before use to ensure that the battery appearance is not damaged.


2. During handling and installation, do not exert force on the terminal part to avoid damage to the sealing parts; Do not short-circuit the positive and negative terminals.


3. the choice of installation location: avoid high temperature heat source, high temperature will shorten the battery life, in extreme cases will lead to battery heating and swelling.


4. battery wiring pay attention to distinguish between positive and negative terminals, do not reverse connection; Avoid damage to pole terminals caused by excessive torque on the premise of ensuring strong wiring. The recommended torque range is shown in the following table.

5. in the process of transportation and storage, due to self-discharge, the battery will lose part of the capacity, storage for more than three months or the terminal voltage is lower than 2.10V/single cell battery, after installation, the battery should be supplemented, supplemented method is shown in Table 2.


6. Charging method during the use of the battery pack. The charging method during the use of the battery pack includes floating charging, equalizing charging and cyclic charging. See Table 2 for specific parameters.

7. During the use of the battery, the termination voltage of different discharge currents should meet the requirements of Table 3.

8. During the use of the battery, it is forbidden to overcharge or overdischarge, and it should be charged immediately after discharge, and it is forbidden to store the battery without power.

 

9. The battery is strictly prohibited from being used in a closed container. It should be kept away from heat source, open flame, strong light and strong radiation. It is forbidden to contact with steam that is soluble to the battery shell and acid, alkali and salt that corrode the terminal.

 

10. Can not use different capacity of the battery in the same group, so as not to affect the performance of the battery.

 

11. The battery outside should be kept clean, dry, can not use organic solvents to clean the battery surface.

 

12. Regularly check the appearance of the battery and pole bolt fastening is good.
